1. About KamsIO

KamsIO is a service that creates custom mosaic poster artwork from your uploaded photographs. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

KamsIO is operated from France. All prices displayed include VAT.

2. Orders & Products

2.1 Custom Products

All mosaic posters are custom-made based on your uploaded image and selected options. Each poster is unique and created specifically for your order.

2.2 Production Time

Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. Production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity.

2.3 Color & Print Variations

Colors in the final printed product may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials. We strive for the highest quality, but minor variations are inherent to the printing process.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to: France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected collection point. All shipping prices include VAT.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds except in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was lost in transit

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Image Rights & Ownership

5.1 Your Responsibilities

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have the right to use it
  • The image does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • The image does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • If the image contains other people, you have their consent

5.2 Ownership of Final Product

You retain ownership of your original image. The final mosaic artwork created from your image is your property for personal use. KamsIO retains rights to the mosaic generation technology and algorithms.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data We Collect

To process your order, we collect:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Images you upload for mosaic creation
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

6.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Process and fulfill your order
  • Communicate about your order status
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations

6.3 Image Retention

Uploaded images are retained for 30 days after order completion to handle any potential issues (reprints, quality concerns). After this period, images are permanently deleted from our systems.

6.4 Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Stripe - Secure payment processing
  • Sendcloud - Shipping and delivery

These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to their terms.

6.5 Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data

7. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.

8. Limitation of Liability

KamsIO is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor color variations between screen and print
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Unauthorized use of images uploaded by customers
